THCAT’s AGM and Committee Elections

Our 2018 AGM takes place on Tuesday 20 February from 7-8.30pm at the Scout Hall in Melfort Road.
 
At this meeting the Committee will need to be elected for the coming year.  All nominees, including those already on the Committee who wish to stand again, must submit a nomination form to the THCAT secretary via email to action@thorntonheath.net by Tuesday 13th February.  You can find the form below, or download from our Facebook page or Website - www.thorntonheath.net.  If you should need a paper copy, please send your name and address by return email.
 
New members wishing to stand need to have attended 80% of THCAT meetings and taken part in 5 actions during the previous 12 months.  This can include leafleting or delivering the chronicle, taking care of planters etc as well as joining in bigger group actions like Community clean-ups and planting sessions or volunteering for the market, refugee hostel etc.
 
The offices available are Chair, Vice Chair x 2, Treasurer, Project Manager, Webmaster, Secretary and Committee members without portfolio.
